I have used Allegiance for years now and every time I'm still amazed at how courteous and professional they are. Every year I have my R.O. filter changed and my soft water big blue filter changed. They also perform my mist services for the backyard with shutdown for the winter and startup in the spring. 100% recommend them!

They answered the phone (after several other business didnt) and came right out to do the estimate and complete the work. Quality is good. Will call next time I need sprinkler/landscaping work.

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.

Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. Technician patiently walked me through my current setup, identified multiple leaks, and looked to save money by combining and eliminating unneccesay zones.

After 5 years we had water softener , we found out we use soft water for our pool and watering the plants in our back yard , so I called this company they responded fast and the next day they sent their technician Ruben . After we agreed on his estimate , he came the next day. He did awesome job on separating our soft water. Ruben was knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I am so happy with his work and recommend him and this company to everyone.

Paul came today to check my Rain Bird system controller. I have worked with him during my new irrigation installation project at the beginning of this year. I was extremely pleased with the outcome then and again today. I specifically requested him for today’s job. As always, he offered excellent, professional service, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I would refer him and Allegiance Water Service to my friends with high remarks.
