They send text messages and emails with links to track your technician or to call them direct. Invoicing is quick and easy to access via their billing system. You have everything in writing with links to confirm, deny, or modify your service needs.

I had Eloy come by to repair a water softener system that had failed, as well as replace the filter in the RO system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and really knew his stuff.

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem.
