He was wonderfully informative and polite. Educating me on my irrigation system, as I'm from Michigan and very unfamiliar with them.

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.

The service tech was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He tracked down the problem and eliminated it as quickly as possible, as he was aware that what his time cost us in getting the job done.

Installed water softener

He installed a water softener system and did a great job. He also updated our r/o system. Very professional

Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service. I highly recommend him and Allegiance Eater Services!

I had Eloy come by to repair a water softener system that had failed, as well as replace the filter in the RO system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and really knew his stuff.

Had a hot water heater replaced today; Lawson did a fantastic job. The workmanship is very professional. Lawson was on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do.

Paul came today to check my Rain Bird system controller. I have worked with him during my new irrigation installation project at the beginning of this year. I was extremely pleased with the outcome then and again today. I specifically requested him for today’s job. As always, he offered excellent, professional service, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I would refer him and Allegiance Water Service to my friends with high remarks.

I haven’t worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested. First they came out to inspect the issue. Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work. Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond. Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren’t as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.

When my irrigation started leaking and watering weeds, I called Allegiance Water Systems for a quote and then to schedule repairs. They send text messages and emails with links to track your technician or to call them direct. Invoicing is quick and easy to access via their billing system. You have everything in writing with links to confirm, deny, or modify your service needs.

Josh and the office and service tech Rommel were excellent in every way! Professional, knowledgable service of issues with my water softener.

Had an issue with my sprinkler system, something failed and I had a big wet spot on the side of my house. Called in and was helped with instructions on how to turn off the sprinkler side so no water would go to it until a repair could be scheduled. Paul comes out and shows me the problem, we set a time and he fixes all of that, THEN while testing, just waltzes into the spraying sprinklers and dials in where the water SHOULD have been spraying, like " oh, that's the wrong direction to spray for this area..." Then he programs the whole thing to fix my already mediocre lawn and bushes, told me what to do to improve my lawn through yard care and got into his car with soaking pants and thanked ME! 10/10.

John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. Super happy with the great service and will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing repairs outdoors and indoor.
