We have used Allegiance Water Services for several years now, and we have not been disappointed. Very professional, quality work, friendly, reliable.

I haven’t worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested. First they came out to inspect the issue. Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work. Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond. Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren’t as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.

After 5 years we had water softener , we found out we use soft water for our pool and watering the plants in our back yard , so I called this company they responded fast and the next day they sent their technician Ruben . After we agreed on his estimate , he came the next day. He did awesome job on separating our soft water. Ruben was knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I am so happy with his work and recommend him and this company to everyone.

Allegiance Water Services are prompt, thorough, and professional. I found them when they did work on my next door neighbor’s irrigation system. When my irrigation started leaking and watering weeds, I called Allegiance Water Systems for a quote and then to schedule repairs. They send text messages and emails with links to track your technician or to call them direct. Invoicing is quick and easy to access via their billing system. You have everything in writing with links to confirm, deny, or modify your service needs.

He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.

Had an issue with my sprinkler system, something failed and I had a big wet spot on the side of my house. Called in and was helped with instructions on how to turn off the sprinkler side so no water would go to it until a repair could be scheduled. Paul comes out and shows me the problem, we set a time and he fixes all of that, THEN while testing, just waltzes into the spraying sprinklers and dials in where the water SHOULD have been spraying, like " oh, that's the wrong direction to spray for this area..." Then he programs the whole thing to fix my already mediocre lawn and bushes, told me what to do to improve my lawn through yard care and got into his car with soaking pants and thanked ME! 10/10.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had an exceptional experience with Allegiance today. My old gas water heater needs to be replaced. I called Allegiance yesterday and discussed with David who is very knowledgeable, transparent and told me pros and cons among the different water heaters. I decided to go with 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Ruben came in next day and clearly explained to me what is the process. He is excellent, very skillful and told me how to maintain it. He cleaned everything afterwards. I am very happy with their services and will call Allegiance for my plumbing issues for sure. Ruben from Allegiance Water Services did an excellent job again today. I had water hammer issue for a couple of months and my pipes coming out the main pipe weren't connected right by a previous plumber. The irrigation system controller needs to be replaced as well And it is now upgraded to an enabling phone control unit. Ruben did an excellent job on replacing the unit and repiping everything. It only took him an hour and they work great! Ruben is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. It wouldn't go wrong for Ruben to do your plumbing jobs.

Had a hot water heater replaced today; Lawson did a fantastic job. The workmanship is very professional. Lawson was on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do.

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.
