I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.

Paul came today to check my Rain Bird system controller. I have worked with him during my new irrigation installation project at the beginning of this year. Technician patiently walked me through my current setup, identified multiple leaks, and looked to save money by combining and eliminating unneccesay zones.

The service tech was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He tracked down the problem and eliminated it as quickly as possible, as he was aware that what his time cost us in getting the job done.
