I had Eloy come by to repair a water softener system that had failed, as well as replace the filter in the RO system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and really knew his stuff.

Lawson was punctual, polite, clean and knowledgeable. He serviced the RO system. Recommended an alarm to detect a leak. Will think about it.

John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. Super happy with the great service and will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing repairs outdoors and indoor.

I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.

Technician patiently walked me through my current setup, identified multiple leaks, and looked to save money by combining and eliminating unneccesay zones.

David was terrific to work with to get my endless questions answered and align on the right water softener system. Lawson, who installed the water softener was outstanding.
