I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. They send text messages and emails with links to track your technician or to call them direct. Invoicing is quick and easy to access via their billing system. You have everything in writing with links to confirm, deny, or modify your service needs.

Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service. I highly recommend him and Allegiance Eater Services!

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.
