Paul came today to check my Rain Bird system controller. I have worked with him during my new irrigation installation project at the beginning of this year. I was extremely pleased with the outcome then and again today. I specifically requested him for today’s job. John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.

I had Eloy come by to repair a water softener system that had failed, as well as replace the filter in the RO system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and really knew his stuff.

After 5 years we had water softener , we found out we use soft water for our pool and watering the plants in our back yard , so I called this company they responded fast and the next day they sent their technician Ruben . After we agreed on his estimate , he came the next day. He did awesome job on separating our soft water. Ruben was knowledgeable, fast and reliable. I am so happy with his work and recommend him and this company to everyone.

Why should you hire Allegiance? Quality. Dependability. Customer service. Experience. Dedication. Hard work. This company takes quality experience and service to the next level. I haven’t worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested. First they came out to inspect the issue. Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work. Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond. Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren’t as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.

I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.

Lawson Key was very professional, respectful and kind. He did a great and solid job of installing a new faucet for our water filtration system!
